Human Rights Cities in the European Union. A framework for reinforcing rights locally. <\/b><\/span><\/p>\n This guide supports cities that plan to develop actions to respect human rights at the local level. It was developed to encourage local authorities to agree on common human rights standards. It can be an inspiration, for local governments to inclusively design and implement human rights policies, action plans or strategies.
